on a very rainy summerday...

Hey My loves,...

Creatures of mercy and patience, thanx for not shooting me down. You've been waiting ages for a decent post. You were so faithful to me:)
Point is that I'm always busy with projects,interior-design, church, festival, lovely people,work,school,... the real life has been very demanding last period, but I've recently decided to calm down a bit, relaxing, chilling, you know these fantastic words I guess.Blogging is finding time to entertain others. That's what the blogger community is all about. Teaching your friends something new and interesting in their and your FREE time:-) But today it is raining and for once i didn't care cause i was aching to BLOG 4 U my darlins;-)

Well here's an artist who recently caught my FULL attention. When i was hopping trough the magazine department of my favorite supermarket.

You need to be freaking good to demand, to seduce, to attract me, but this master
Mr David Trubridge, did it with his designs: Simple organic shapes and forms,in basic certified!!!timber...
Lately i was busy with designing a park pavillion and i was studying to find the basic feel, the groove, you know, it has to come from the stomach normally, but God gave me the shapes when i was walking in nature and gave them details in a dream...the Big Chief is amazing, he gives us sweet Dreams ,that's where my grooves come from...that's where my fav,Gaudi's, vibes came from....

Ok back to Mr Trubridge from New Zealand. I was touched because of his ideas and influences. They are so pure, ecologic, back to basic, close to nature and that's what i love, that's what i also tried to achieve in my pavillion project

My ideas come from the wild places,
edges of turbulence and renewal,
where seas break on beaches and headlands,
where land and air meet on mountain ridges.

I make forms of elemental simplicity,
as the erosion of air and water on wood and stone,
forms that speak of humanity's survival on earth,
of life's fragility and dependence,
of comfort in the ways of the past that have succoured us,
and optimism for a sustainable and enriching future.

I work within the limits of what I have and know,
simplicity and low impact,
natural materials and processes,
leaving a delicate footprint.

Here's more to read about him

Got you someof his recent works.Take a close look to the details, to the simplicity that can't be copied, cause it gots his unique signature.I bet you'll love his masterpieces. For ecological adepts it's a must have.Wonder how long it will take until his ship will find your new harbor

Live your life to the max....consume the min, that's the challenge baby.

Much love

Jones

bedankt Mi.

Ik geniet er intens van om zulke pure vormen en creaties te zien en te delen en om ze zelf te le leren ontwikkelen. Het is Gods schoonheid die raakt en ons in verwondering en aanbidding brengt...
